We created Property and Development Consultants after years of experience working in different sectors of the Construction industry. These experiences have enabled us to gain a strong foundation and valuable in-depth knowledge as to how different areas of the industry operate. With the construction sector being tarnished by the reputation of dishonesty and irreputable firms, it has pushed us to break the mould and provide clear,consistent advice along with a range of services that are transparent and honest throughout.
In an industry overshadowed by formulaic consultancy, we have decided to focus on providing our clients with a bespoke service, tailored to their specific needs. We work with developers, investors and owner-occupiers at all stages of the development process, from the pre-development stage, to project management and monitoring, to post-development property advice.
We approach every project and client with the same principle, that everyone of your goals are achieved. We aren't looking for "one-off" clients but instead aim to develop trusted partnerships with the ambition of creating an ongoing working relationship.

Each initial consultation we offer is completely free. After this stage we will focus on what you aim to achieve and discuss our fee proposal going forward. This will typically be a fixed cost for small scale projects or services, whereas for larger schemes we generally charge on a percentage basis. We work on the idea that money you spend with us will overall result in money saved and/ or generated later on in the project.
